Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location in a lively neighborhood near public transportation. The rooms are small and not ideal for a peaceful stay, but the service is friendly and accommodating. The dining options are limited, but there are some good restaurants nearby.
The hotel is in a very central location, close to two Uban service stations, and with good restaurants in the cute neighborhood. The rooms could use a renovation as they are relatively small with outdated furniture and carpet. The service was top-notch, extremely friendly and helpful, but some small issues like not washing cups and replacing tea bags were noticed. The dining options were diverse and nice, with complete amenities in a modern design. The location is fantastic for exploring the city on foot, but the noise in the neighborhood could be bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were of a high, modern standard with amenities like working air conditioning, a TV, and a small wardrobe, but they were a bit small and the parking was tight, which is understandable for a central and old building. The location was fantastic, central to everything, close to English Garden, Pinakothek, and the city, making it worth it for us, but not a great value for Oktoberfest. The service was exceptional, very helpful and gentle, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived early. The dining experience was delicious, extremely fresh, and varied, yet basic with some noise from outside. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located between Ubahn Universität and Leopoldstrasse, making it an excellent spot for exploring Munich from a vibrant student area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is lovely, efficient, and friendly, going beyond usual expectations, and the service includes thoughtful touches like organizing the room without changing the matrix cover. However, the dining options are limited, with little hot food and no savories, but there are fantastic dining choices just across the street. The rooms offer a nice experience, though some noise from nearby rooms and construction can be heard. The location is outstanding with easy access to public transport, yet the hotel could improve the dining selection.
The hotel is situated in a wonderful area, perfect walking distance to the center, but the noise from the street outside the room can be very disturbing at times. The facilities are good for the price paid, totaling 516 EUR for 3 nights.
